From the date of delivery, your product is covered for 12 months against any manufacturing defects or hardware failures. Coverage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Display problems such as dead pixels, backlight issues, or flickering

  • Faults with built-in peripherals: keyboard, touchpad, ports, battery, or cooling system


2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage like drops, spills, fire, or liquid exposure

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or dents

  • Issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs

  • Software errors, virus infections, or user-induced problems

  • Missing accessories or consumables (e.g., cables, batteries) not originally included


3. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Follow these simple steps to submit a claim:

  1. Notify Us Promptly
    Reach out within 7 days of discovering the defect via:

  2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process
    After initial review, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions. For eligible claims, return shipping will be prepaid.

    One of two outcomes will follow after our inspection:

    • Covered: We will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you at no extra cost.

    • Not Covered: We’ll explain the findings and offer repair or replacement options at standard rates.


4. Transferable Warranty

Planning to gift or sell your device? The 1-year warranty remains valid for the original duration, provided the new owner retains the original purchase invoice.
