Order Verification & Quality Checks

Before dispatch, every product undergoes:

  • Thorough inspection for functionality and quality.

  • Secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • Warranty authentication (where applicable).

Only after these checks do we ship your order.


Return & Replacement Window

  • 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and invoice included.

  • Once we receive and verify the return, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • The replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 days post all the checks.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a suitable replacement is unavailable or if the order was cancelled before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compatibility reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened software & licenses

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items not returned with complete accessories & packaging


How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If you notice internal damage after unboxing, report it within 48 hours with photos.

  • Missing accessories or parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Warranty & After-Sales

Most laptops and electronics sold on MyLaptop.in come with brand warranty. For warranty-related claims beyond our 7-day return period, you can directly contact the manufacturer’s service center.
