Shipping Policy
At MyLaptop.in, we know that timely and secure delivery is just as important as the quality of the laptop or accessory you purchase. This Shipping Policy outlines our charges, timelines, and conditions for all orders placed across India.
1. Shipping Charges
Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000 within India.
Orders below ₹5,000 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹149.
Express Delivery (where available) can be chosen at checkout, with an additional fee starting from ₹299 depending on location and package size.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive real-time updates via:
Email confirmation with tracking details.
SMS/WhatsApp notifications (if opted in at checkout).
You can also track your shipment anytime through the “Track My Order” section on our website using your order number.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days.
Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (available in select cities).
Please note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier/logistical delays.
4. Packaging & Handling
All laptops and gadgets are shipped in tamper-proof, protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
High-value shipments may be covered under transit insurance for added safety.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is significantly delayed:
Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Share your order number along with photo/video proof of the issue.
Our team will investigate and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
6. Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt up to two more deliveries.
After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
👉 To avoid failed deliveries, please provide accurate address, landmark, and active contact details at checkout.
